Vintage Optica 3x Opera Glasses Binoculars w/ Leather Case Mirror
Vintage Optica 3x opera glasses / compact binoculars with original fitted leather case. Brass-toned metal body with brown leather covering, black center focus wheel, and cloth neck cord. The case interior includes a mirror inside the lid and fitted compartment for storage. Zoom is fixed at 3x.
Approximate binocular measurements: 3 1/2" wide x 2 3/4" deep x 2 3/8" high.
Condition:
Good antique condition. Case exterior has surface loss, cracking, edge wear, and separation along the top seam. Mirror has visible age wear and spotting/scratching. Binoculars show finish loss, oxidation/patina, wear to the covering, and general age-related cosmetic wear. Lenses are in decent shape but there is small cracking in the bottom corner of the right lense. Noticeable when viewing, but doesn't affect main viewing.
